The Rosette de Lyon is a sausage of connoisseurs! For the short story, know that the rosette has the peculiarity of being embossed in a hose whose diameter goes narrowing. Its shape is therefore slightly tapered.
It is then filtered and dried for a period of two to three months and should be kept in the outdoor air in a clean, dry place, protected from the sun and without excessive temperatures.
