Rare French antique airplane racing game. It is rare for the reason the game normally had horses instead of the aircraft this one has. This is so much fun it is a mechanical "Jeu de Course" gambling game and at least over 100 years old and still working. Choose your plane, , place your bet, pull the leaver and see if you get lucky! The winner is whoever's plane arrives closest to the flag. This piece has age related wear and one pilot has been glued at some point.
For display this piece is exceptional and would look great presented on its own or as part of a collection.
